Payment : I prefer payment up front via Paypal. I can also accept personal check, money order or cashiers check. Work will not begin, however, until your check clears, usually 5 days after receipt. I will provide my payment address once your order is placed.
Shipping : Usually hair orders will fit inside padded envelopes for shipping, sometimes a small or medium box. In this case I charge a flat $13 fee within the US and Canada. Shipping varies for larger orders. International orders are welcome! Shipping fees will vary.
Refunds : I will sennd you photos of your finished order before sending to ensure your total satisfaction. For this reason, as well as health and safety restrictions, I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. I will do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied with your order before it ships.
Extras : If you purchase my work please consider sending me a photo of yourself wearing it to add to the site. I will gladly offer 10% off your next order from me. When I receive the pictures I will send you a discount code. Please use this code when you place your next order.
